Mobirise pour Mac

BEWARE: This product creates a CONTACT form that spammers can use FOREVER. Meaning, they can AND DO capture the HTML and continue to spam your clients even after they've changed services. We've experienced several thousand percent increase in spam since using this software. NOT WORTH IT.

I don't often leave reviews but I was surprise to see Mobirise here on MU. I have been a user of Mobirise since version 001 and it truly is free and truly is to be commended. Look I can hand code almost anything but the quickness and simplicity of Mobirise? Can't be beat. Furthermore it gives me a finished product that is responsive as well as forms that work. Not to mention their built-in hosting for you to test your site design indefinitely, or to use GiHub for free or just to FTP your finished output to your own host. Again, I don't leave glowing reviews... but this app? It was good enough to keep me away from the mounting cost of RapidWeaver stacks or the uninspiring Blocs UI. PS - if you're a fanboy of the RW or Blocs? Save yourself the trouble. I don't care to debate. I am leaving this review because Mobirise, even though it's free? Got me to buy into their ecosystem and community. And I believe in the darn thing!

I myself run a webdev agency and have already created over 3 hundreds pages with Mobirise. All different, all with contact forms, many with connection to databases, calendar, chat functions etc. I use Mobirise as a basic starter framework and for that it is unbeatable cheap, good, simple... You can't seriously claim that Mobirise offers too little! It always depends on what you do with the app, how you use, operate it. If you don't know anything about design, colors, layout etc., you will never get a good site even with the best pro software. No matter how hard you try, it will still be normal, most pages that will all look the same. I am certainly not the advocate of Mobirise, but after more than 20 years of marketing I can say that a "handmade" webpage via CSS, HTML, etc. does not correspond to reality anymore, or is no longer affordable. I am not talking about major customers like Mercedes/Adidas they have their own web agencies. I am talking about me, my company. I can't program anything at all, I know nothing about that. My pack can do that, I don't need to be able to do that, I say: the customer wants to have that, he wants to pay for it. Please move it, just do it. With Mobirise it works, responsively, and it can't be done manually anymore, it has become too expensive. That's why the weaving web builder kits will get the upper hand, of course not always without mistakes, at least not immediately. I think Mobirise is a good website dev kit and I've earned good money with it.

The app was advertised as free and it actually is. It provides free starter templates and it's really easy to use! I could create a simple page without any coding! I like Mobirise a lot!
